Welcome to Vidarro! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our video hosting and marketing platform, located at www.vidarro.com (“Website”) and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, using our Service, or paying for a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Vidarro.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Vidarro. By using the Service, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Vidarro is a subscription-based video hosting and video marketing platform.
Our features include but are not limited to:

Video hosting on a high-speed, secure network

Video marketing tools, including interactive video funnels and opt-ins

Commercial use rights for hosted videos

Vidarro is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time.

4. Account Registration

To use Vidarro, you must:

Create an account using a valid email address

Provide accurate information

Keep your login credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

All Vidarro plans are subscription-based and billed automatically.

All plans include a 14-day free trial.

No refunds are provided. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle.

If your payment fails, we will retry for approximately 14 days. If payment is still unsuccessful, your account will be suspended and eventually terminated.

6. User Content

You may upload any legal content to Vidarro. We do not monitor or restrict video content uploaded to our platform.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use and distribute any content you upload.

You retain ownership of your content unless otherwise agreed between you and a third party.

We store and host your content but will not use, stream, or distribute it without your permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

While we do not restrict the type of content you upload, you may not:

Use Vidarro to break applicable laws

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service

Wherever you post your videos (e.g., social media, websites) will be subject to those platforms’ own terms of service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime.
In the rare event service is unavailable for more than 14 consecutive days, you may request a refund for that month’s payment only.
We are not responsible for:

Loss of data

Damages caused by outages, errors, or service disruptions

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

For non-payment (after 14 days past due)

For violations of these Terms

Upon your request

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Vidarro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 30 days.

11. Dispute Resolution

We handle disputes one-on-one directly with you.
By using Vidarro, you waive the right to pursue legal action in court against us, except where prohibited by law.

We store personal data securely using industry-leading protection methods.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. If you continue to use Vidarro after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
