DMCA TAKEDOWN POLICY

1. Introduction

Vidarro (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. Identification of the copyrighted work – Describe the copyrighted material you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.

Identification of the infringing material – Provide the exact URL(s) or description of where the allegedly infringing content is located within Vidarro so we can find it.

A statement of good faith belief – That you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement of accuracy and authority – That the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Your signature – A physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Your contact information – Full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

Identification of the removed content – Include the URL(s) or description of the content that was removed.

A statement under penalty of perjury – That you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your consent to jurisdiction – That you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or for Santa Clara County, California, if outside the United States).

Your signature – A physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Vidarro will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may also limit or terminate access to the Service for any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not repeat infringement occurs.

5. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Filing false DMCA notices or counter-notices can result in legal liability, including damages and attorney’s fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. If you are unsure whether the content you are reporting is infringing, we recommend you consult with a qualified attorney before filing a notice.
